DICKSON PEÑAS HERMOSO is the Inspector General of 6th Infantry Division of Philippine Army based in Datu Odin Sinsuat, Maguindanao, Philippines. He concurrently serves as Chief of the Peace Process Office of the Philippine Army. He has participated extensively in local and foreign trainings on conflict management; armed violence reduction; and disarmament, demobilization and reintegration (DDR). He was member of the government technical working groups on the disposition of arms and forces of the Rebolusyonaryo Partido Manggagawa ng Pilipinas/Revolutionary Proletarian Army/Alex Boncayao Brigade (RPM-P/RPA/ABB) and the Cordillera Peoples Liberation Army (CPLA) in 2011.
