EVA TAN is the Editor-in-chief of The Mindanao Cross, a weekly Cotabato City-based broadsheet covering central Mindanao. She was Regional Environment Consultant of a support program tasked to mainstream environment in local governance in the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao. She supervised conduct of researches and preparation of proposals as Director of the Socio-economic Research Center of Notre Dame University. She was Dean of Community College of Notre Dame University and served as Consultant for local governance and poverty planning. She has coordinated, managed, led and supervised projects and research for multiple development organizations and local government units.
