Sen. Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr.'s version of the BBL is going to the Senate plenary after 17 senators signed Monday his committee report on the substitute bill on the Malacañang-drafted Bangsamoro Basic Law (BBL). But those who signed, with the exception of Sen. Lito Lapid, scribbled alongside their signatures reservations or intentions to amend or interpellate, with one senator saying he's voting "no" because [while] "this version has addressed many/majority of objectionable provisions/issues... many more have to be addressed/amended."
