We are deeply saddened when culture of narrowness, fanaticism and intolerance continues to characterize the few violent groups that terrorize our communities through their evil deeds of bombing, killing, and other criminal acts against our common humanity.

This is the live wall of IAG-NDBC-NDU coverage from Cotabato City of the plebiscite for the ratification of the Bangsamoro Organic Law.

These are the rules on voting, counting and canvassing of votes in connection with the plebiscite to ratify Republic Act 11054 otherwise known as the Organic Law for the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao, according to the Commission on Elections.

The Institute for Autonomy and Governance, Notre Dame Broadcasting Corporation and Notre Dame University are teaming up to bring to the airwaves and online “Desisyon 2019”, a special coverage of the Bangsamoro Organic Law plebiscite.

From 39 villages in six towns in North Cotabato that voted yes to inclusion in the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao in 2001, a total of 67 villages in seven towns will vote in the February 6 plebiscite for inclusion in the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao, the new autonomous political entity that will replace the 28-year old ARMM.
