Initiatives for transitional justice and reconciliation under the Bangsamoro peace process to promote healing of wounds inflicted in minds and hearts of many due to the decades-long Mindanao conflict continue.
Despite initial uncertainties with regard the continuation of the Bangsamoro peace process with the upcoming change of administration, the planned transformation of the six previously acknowledged MILF camps continues as outlined in the Comprehensive Agreement on the Bangsamoro particularly in its Normalization Annex.

Students will eventually gain a deeper understanding of the Bangsamoro struggle to attain genuine peace and autonomy with the integration of its history in the K-12 curriculum.
