MALAYBALAY CITY (MindaNews/19 March) – A former member of the government peace panel in talks with the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) on Wednesday expressed apprehensions it might be premature to hold an early plebiscite and elections for the Bangsamoro.

After the signing of the four annexes of the peace deal with the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF), the next focus is on the crafting and enactment of a law that will establish a Bangsamoro political entity
The government’s peace panel allayed apprehensions that indigenous non-Moro communities under a Bangsamoro entity led by the Moro Islamic Liberation would be marginalized.
